Maruti Suzuki and Tata have launched their new SUVs during Diwali. Maruti Celerio and Tata Punch have been in the news for a few days as the two rivals are trying to be best in their own fields. Here is a quick comparison between the two for you to decide which one to choose.

Exterior and Design
Celerio includes a 3D carved exterior body profile with a new front grille, bold headlamp and fog casing. There is a new black-accented front bumper. According to reports, the hatchback comes with some components that are similar to the S-Presso.
The side profile of the automobile is entirely different as compared to the outgoing model. The automobile runs on 15-inch alloys that get a brand new style. The carved wheel arches are a new thing added to the model. At the rear, the automobile gets a curvy tailgate, body-coloured rear bumper and fluid-looking tail lights.
The all-new Tata Punch has three tri-arrow patterns on the black grille. They also include the LED DLRs. The projector headlights are below on the bumper. The claddings continue in the sides, which gives the SUV a bold look. Tata has already confirmed that the Punch is going to be much more than just a jacked-up hatchback.
The 16-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels and roof rails boost its aesthetic styles. It has a dual-tone body color. The rear profile is also stylish and sharp, dominated by the bold tailgate, compliments Punch’s exterior style. Engine and Transmission
Maruti Suzuki Celerio is currently high-powered by a next-gen K10 engine. It is accessible with both AMT transmission and petrol choices. It gives out a power of 49 kW and a torque of 89 Nm. It also claims that the new engine gives out 19 percent less CO2 across all variants. It gets an auto-tensioner, integrated exhaust manifold and cooled EGR.
